Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Steven Li, doing business as rift.auction. By accessing or using rift.auction, including its public website and Discord alert channel, you agree to these Terms and the eBay Developers Program Terms of Use and API License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use rift.auction.

eBay content sublicense

rift.auction gives you a limited, revocable sublicense to display eBay Content made available through rift.auction solely on your computer screen or website through the rift.auction application. You receive no right to access or control an eBay API, no application key, and no right to transfer or further sublicense eBay Content. This sublicense may be revoked or terminated at any time.

eBay is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may, in its sole discretion, directly enforce any term of these Terms against you, including by exercising its right to terminate the sublicense. eBay retains all ownership rights in eBay Content, eBay services, developer tools, and eBay marks.

Acceptable use

Use rift.auction only for lawful, personal access to public listing alerts. Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish, sell, modify, or use eBay Content to compete with eBay; attempt to obtain rift.auction or eBay credentials; interfere with either service; or use the service in violation of eBay policies or another person's rights.

Links, availability, and purchases

rift.auction is an independent alert service and is not sponsored or endorsed by eBay. Listing information may change or become unavailable, and alerts are provided as-is without a promise of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Purchases and other activity on eBay are between you and the applicable eBay parties and are governed by eBay's terms. As an eBay Partner Network Affiliate, rift.auction earns from qualifying purchases.

rift.auction searches eBay's US marketplace, but results may include listings from other countries. eBay and each seller determine availability, shipping, currency, taxes, and purchase terms.

Changes and contact

rift.auction may change or discontinue the service and may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
